Strategy offsites where leadership teams decide

Facilitated days on rewilded parkland in West Cork. Bring the live challenge, leave with the decision.

Clarity, decisions, momentum

Three things happen on the day. You frame the real issue rather than the loud one. You surface the trade offs and choose. You leave with priorities written down and a practical 30 to 60 day plan.

Clarity

Name the issue and what matters most.

Decisions

Surface trade offs and choose a direction.

Momentum

Priorities and a practical 30 to 60 day plan.

The day, drawn as ground

The shape of the ground is the shape of the day. Twenty to thirty minutes to arrive and align. Two to five hours of workshop and Thinking Trail. Thirty to forty five minutes to capture what you decided.

Arrive and align 20 to 30 minutes
Workshop and Thinking Trail 2 to 5 hours
Synthesis and next steps 30 to 45 minutes
You leave with a short written capture: priorities, decisions and next steps.

Which one do you need?

Two formats, one method. Most people know which they need within a sentence.

Strategy Offsite

A full day to decide the big things. Half day and full day sessions for leadership teams and core decision makers, typically two to ten people.

Thinking Trail

A focused walk for one stuck question. One to one or a small group, on the move, with the answer written down before you leave.

Why teams come here

Four reasons come up again and again. If one of them sounds like your quarter, we should talk.

Annual or quarterly planning

Turn the planning day into a small set of decisions and a 30 to 60 day plan.

Growth, funding or a new market

Create the space to surface the trade offs before the team commits.

A new leadership team

Build shared context and decide how the team will work and prioritise.

One decision you keep deferring

Use a Thinking Trail to frame the issue, surface the options and agree the next step.

A place that changes the conversation

Seventy acres of rewilded parkland at Mount Kid. Not one environment but a mosaic: slopes, paths, wet ground, shelter, open views and quieter corners. We work outdoors whenever possible, with on site workspaces for capture and synthesis.

All weather by design

Facilitation from someone who has sat in the chair

WildFuture is led by Oliver Farrell, who co-founded Vilicom Engineering and spent over two decades building and leading it as Director, CEO and later Chairman before exiting in 2021. The questions asked on the trail come from having answered them.
