What you leave with

Nothing here is a souvenir. Everything on this list is written down before you drive home.

  • Agreed priorities and trade offs
  • Decisions captured, with owners where relevant
  • A practical 30 to 60 day action plan
  • Renewed focus and alignment

Who it is for

Best for teams who need clarity and direction on a live issue. Most sessions work best for groups of two to ten.

  • Leadership teams and boards
  • Founders and core decision makers
  • Project teams working through complexity or change
  • Organisations preparing for a new phase: growth, restructuring, launch, reset

The method

A clear structure, designed around your goals. Three phases, drawn as a path because that is how the day actually moves.

  1. Align

We clarify goals, context, constraints and what good looks like.

  2. Explore

Structured facilitation outdoors and at base. Options, trade offs, decisions.

  3. Capture

We document priorities, decisions and a practical 30 to 60 day plan.

Optional prep and follow up sessions are available to support follow through.

How we work

WildFuture is structured problem solving for leadership teams. The framework is the same each time and the content is yours: understand the issue, define what really matters, explore the possibilities, make the choices, agree what happens next.

Design Thinking shapes that journey without loading the day with methodology or jargon. The trails, the working stations and the shelters are a flexible canvas, so different places and moments in the day can carry different modes of thinking.

Each working station has a purpose, and the walk between them is where people reset and ideas develop. Our facilitation makes room for careful listening, independent thinking, and the questions that unlock a different perspective. The surrounding landscape adds another layer: space, movement and perspective that support the thinking rather than decorate it.

Clearer thinking, better decisions and meaningful action.

  • Workshop and Thinking Trail,2 to 5 hours.Facilitation outdoors and at base. Options, trade offs, decisions.
  • Synthesis and next steps,30 to 45 minutes.Priorities, decisions and the 30 to 60 day plan, written down.

From the notes

A board that found its priorities

A volunteer board took its strategy review out of the community hub and onto the trails, one subject per station, and came back to the workspace with a much harder question: what do we stop doing to make room for the priority?
