A rewilded parkland at Mount Kid, West Cork. The setting for every offsite and every Trail.
Plan your offsiteMount Kid is a mosaic: slopes, paths, wet ground, shelter, open views and quieter corners. A conversation that stalls in one part of the land often moves in another, which is part of why we walk rather than sit.

Routes are chosen on the day for the group and the conditions, then adjusted as we walk. Some run along the high open ground for perspective, others stay low and sheltered when the weather asks for it.

All weather by design
We work outdoors whenever possible, with simple working bases for shelter, notes, mapping and next steps. Thinking on the move, then a practical place to turn it into decisions.
Alongside the offsites, WildFuture is a long term regeneration project: rewilding, habitat restoration and nature friendly stewardship. For teams that adds something. You are thinking inside a real evolving system shaped by trade offs, time horizons and practical action, which is the same shape as the problem you brought.
Mist in spring, hard frost in January, long light in June. We plan the day to suit conditions and move between outdoors and workspace as needed, so the season shapes the walk rather than cancelling it.

Research suggests nature may restore directed attention, and walking can support divergent thinking. We are not claiming the hill makes the decision. It changes the conditions, and the facilitation does the rest.

A working farmhouse about a kilometre from the land. Four bedrooms, one bathroom between them, thin walls and a kitchen table. It is not a hotel and it is not pretending to be, which suits a group happy to keep things informal. Part of the job here is getting the corporate veil out of the way, and a shared bathroom does more of that work than any icebreaker.
Meals can be arranged at the farmhouse, or you can head into Skibbereen or Ballydehob. For a group that needs more rooms or more privacy, there is accommodation about fifteen minutes away that we can look at with you. Plans are lodged to expand the accommodation on site.
The land can be experienced through a Strategy Offsite, a Thinking Trail, or an arranged visit. If you would rather walk it before you book anything, say so and we will set it up.
